How to request a Work Permit
- Get hired!
- Pick up a Work Permit Application from the Amador High School Registrar’s Office or printed from this button: WORK PERMIT APPLICATION
- Once you complete the WORK PERMIT APPLICATION, you can scan that and email it to Angella Cowan, the Registrar: angella.cowan@acusd.org or hand deliver it to Angella at Amador High School.
- Upon receipt of your application, an official Work Permit will be printed and signed by your Guidance Counselor for you to provide to your employer.
- Students granted work permits must demonstrate and maintain a 2.0 grade point average and satisfactory school attendance.
SUMMER WORK PERMITS (2022/2023 School Year):
- Can be processed by Amador (email clean scan of application to Angella Cowan, angella.cowan@acusd.org) until 6/7/23.
- After 6/7/23, email clean scan of application to District Office (Malinda Hemig, mhemig1@acusd.org)
