The 2020 Clay target season is about to begin!
It is sign up time for the A&A Shooters. This is a Scholastic Clay Target team in Amador County. All boys and girls from 6th grade through high school can join the team. There is no experience necessary. This is a shotgun sport. Sign-ups will be at Mountain Mikes pizza in Martell on Jan. 23rd from 5-8pm. Anyone interested in learning how to shoot trap or skeet and have their questions answered should come. Practices will start in February and the season runs to mid-June. Everyone shoots as much as everyone else. Come to sign ups if you want to try it.

Attn Students… Come out and support the Amador Wrestling Team on Wednesday January 8th at 6:30pm in the gym. They will be facing Calaveras in the first hosted dual match in nearly a decade. We need your support as we rebuild for the future. Admission is free!

Seniors! Earn up to $21,000 in a speech contest next month. The topic this year is “Homelessness in California; what is the Solution?” All graduating seniors are eligible to enter. See Mrs. Reynolds in the Career Center for details.
